Exchange and Return

At Pabo.com you have the right to return an item within 30 days without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). Within this period you can view, review and / or try on the product as you do in a store, unless stated otherwise. To make your return shipment go quickly, you can easily use our return form.

To cancel or return (recall) you can also use the cancellation form. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days. For all conditions, read further below.

After canceling your order, you must return the items within 30 days after the cancellation has been reported.

By registering your return shipment in advance, your return shipment can be processed quickly.

Both clothing and other items can be returned at Pabo.com. When returning your order, make sure that your return shipment meets the following requirements :

  • The product is in the - as far as reasonably possible - original condition and factory packaging
  • The product is complete

With every delivery you will receive a delivery and return receipt. To use your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send this receipt. You can also fill out the to indicate that you want to use the right of withdrawal. However, you are not required the withdrawal form to be used, because you also have the right of withdrawal without a form.

Refund amount
With the application of the right of withdrawal, your possible payment obligation does not expire. You will have to pay within the specified period. If a credit has arisen through the return processing in our administration and you have paid the order in advance with Ideal, we will refund this immediately. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs will be canceled. We will pay you back with the same payment method that you used to pay us.

In general, we will refund the purchase amount within 30 days after dissolution. Dissolution occurs from the moment that you have informed us of the cancellation of the purchase.

Attention! The following products, if the package is no longer sealed, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (this is also legally stipulated):

  • Wigs
  • Thongs
  • Catsuits
  • Tights and stockings
  • All sex toys including vibrators and dildos
  • Condoms, pills, lubricants and massages and creams

The above items can only be returned if the item appears to be defective. Defects must be reported to Pabo.com within 30 days of receipt. You can do this through our return form / cancellation form.

Returns
You will find a label with a return address on the delivery note of your order. The costs for a return shipment, if you choose to pay afterwards on invoice, for your own account (estimated shipping costs: £ 7.25 via UPS for you). If you have paid in advance, you can use the reply number sticker on your packing slip. The original shipping costs will be removed on the invoice after receiving the return shipment if you return the entire order.

Cancellation of your order
Every order can be canceled without giving reasons. Provided that this order has not yet been sent. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from Pabo.com. Do you want to cancel your order after you have received an order confirmation? Then answer your order confirmation or contact us by telephone or complete the return form / cancellation form. The cancellation of the order will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your cancellation request has been confirmed by us, Pabo.com will refund the amount paid within 14 days after cancellation.
