At Pabo, you can pay safely and easily with a credit or debit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. This applies to both credit cards and modern debit cards that support online payments.
How do you pay with a credit or debit card?
- At checkout, choose Credit and Debit card as your payment method
- Enter your card details, such as:
- Card number
- Expiry date
- Security code (the 3 digits on the back of the card)
- Name on the card
- Confirm the payment via 3D Secure (for example, via your banking app or SMS verification)
Once verification is successful, the payment is processed immediately and we can start preparing your order.
What's the difference between a credit card and a debit card?
- Credit card: You pay afterwards, via a credit agreement with your card provider
- Debit card: The amount is deducted directly from your bank account
Both payment methods run through the same secure payment environment.
Secure payment with 3D Secure
Online card payments get extra protection through 3D Secure. This system is also known as:
- Visa Secure
- Mastercard Identity Check
With this, you confirm the payment via your banking app, an SMS code, or biometric verification. This reduces the risk of fraud and keeps your transaction secure.
The benefits of paying by card
- Safe and reliable payment
- Immediate processing of your order
- Extra protection via 3D Secure
- No extra transaction costs
Order before 11:30 PM on a working day? Then your order will usually be shipped that same day.
Safe and discreet
Your payment runs through our secure payment provider. On your bank or credit card statement, you'll therefore see a deduction from BU. For discretion, the name Pabo isn't shown.
We handle your personal data with care. All payment details are transmitted encrypted and aren't stored in our webshop environment.
A note on Maestro
Many banks are replacing Maestro cards with Mastercard Debit or Visa Debit. Modern debit cards work online via the same secure method with 3D Secure.
