We appreciate your interest in the accessibility of our online store. We want everyone to be able to use our website fully. Accessibility is an essential element for us to create an inclusive shopping experience. We are committed to making our online store compliant with the national implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act, EAA).
This statement applies to: www.pabo.com
1. General description of the service
Through our online store, we offer our services. This is a service within the scope of electronic commerce as defined by Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the national implementation legislation. Through our online store, we offer the sale of goods, in particular products in the area of sexual wellness. Users can select and order products online.
2. Descriptions and explanations necessary to understand the service
Users can select products and place them in the shopping cart without obligation. The ordering process can be completed, and orders can be finalized. Customer accounts can be created and managed. Product information, prices, and shipping details can be viewed. Input data can be checked and corrected at any time before completing the order.
3. Description of compliance with accessibility requirements
Our webshop has been developed in accordance with the following standards: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and the EN 301 549 standard (“Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services”) as the European standard for digital accessibility.
The aim is to ensure the most accessible possible user experience for all users.
Core processes such as navigation, product selection, shopping cart, and checkout can largely be operated via keyboard. Forms are labeled and structured to be compatible with assistive technologies. Text size and contrast adjustment have been integrated into the design system. Accessibility improvement is an ongoing process. A self-assessment is currently being carried out (again) to verify full compliance and identify any remaining gaps. At present, no critical barriers are known, but further optimizations may be implemented based on the results.
