Can my order be delivered to a collection point?

Would you rather collect your order than have it delivered at home? Then you can choose to have your parcel sent to one of the more than 2,500 UPS Access Point locations across the UK. Many UPS Access Points are based in local shops and convenience stores, so you can easily pick up your parcel whenever it suits you.

Benefits of collecting at a UPS Access Point

  • You collect your parcel whenever it suits you
  • Choose from more than 2,500 collection locations across the UK
  • Many collection points are also open in the evening
  • Your parcel won't be handed to a housemate
  • No need to wait at home for the courier

How does it work?

  • Choose the option "Collect at a UPS Access Point" under "Delivery address"
  • Enter your postcode in the search bar
  • The map will show you the available collection points you can send your parcel to
  • We'll message you as soon as your order has shipped, and you'll get another message once your parcel is ready to collect at your chosen location

Good to know

  • Nothing will be sent to your billing address (not even an invoice)
  • Please note: bring photo ID, a release code or a PIN when you collect your parcel
  • Please note: UPS holds a parcel at an Access Point for a maximum of 7 calendar days

If delivery to your home isn't successful on the first attempt, no worries — UPS may try up to three times. If that still doesn't work out, your parcel will be taken to the nearest UPS Access Point, where you'll get a message from UPS letting you know where and when you can pick it up.
