Has your order not shipped yet? Then in some cases it's possible to change the delivery address. Did you choose Klarna as your payment method? Unfortunately, it's not possible to make changes to the delivery address in that case.

How do you know if your order has already shipped?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. Do you have a Pabo account? Then you can also easily check the status of your order there.

Has your order not shipped yet and would you like to change the delivery address? Then get in touch with us as soon as possible and send us the following details:

• Your order number
• The email address the order was placed with
• Your full name
• The new delivery address

We'll do our best to change the address for you in time, but unfortunately we can't guarantee this. Orders are often shipped the very same day.
