Not entirely happy with an item you've received? Then you have the right to exchange or return your order within 30 days.

There are, however, some exceptions for certain products. By law, items that aren't suitable to be returned for health or hygiene reasons can't be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery.

The following items therefore can't be returned once the seal has been broken:

• All sex toys, including vibrators and dildos
• Catsuits, stockings and tights
• Wigs
• Thongs
• Condoms, tablets, lubricants and creams
• Pabo gift cards

Sex toys can only be returned if they're unopened and still sealed. If the seal has been broken, we unfortunately can't take the product back for hygiene reasons.
