We refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs, as quickly as possible. We do this within 14 days at the latest after you've let us know that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

We may delay the refund until we've received the products, or until you've shown proof that you've sent them back.

Please note: for discretion, the refund doesn't appear under the name Pabo, but under BU.
