You get a minimum of 30 days' warranty on all items you buy from Pabo.

For some products, an extended manufacturer's warranty also applies. If applicable, you'll find the duration and conditions of this in the item's instructions for use. Any manufacturer's warranty naturally doesn't affect your statutory warranty rights.

When is a complaint valid?

You're entitled to a warranty claim when there's a valid complaint. This is the case when the defect wasn't caused by:

• Intentional damage or negligence, such as water, drop or impact damage
• Improper use or insufficient maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Not following the instructions for use, or not following them correctly
