It doesn't matter how old or how big the product is, and the brand doesn't matter either. There are no further restrictions.

We do ask that you clean the product thoroughly before sending it back.

Shipping costs for sending the item are at your own expense. Of course, you can also choose to hand in your old device at your local household waste recycling centre.

Please note: this scheme applies only to products that run on mains power or batteries, such as vibrators, sex machines and automatic masturbators.
